Flowers in the window is a boutique florist located on the iconic Lygon Street in Brunswick East. Having this prime location gives us the advantage of being able to deliver in a timely fashion to most local suburbs. 

We are an up-and-coming florist beautifully crafting flowers for your needs, as well as doing wedding and event work we also offer a large range of giftware, plants, and planters with some quirky and unique touches.

If your suburb is not listed and you would like to get flowers delivered, call us on (03) 9193 4425 , alternatively, try placing the items in your cart and proceed to the shipping step to see if we offer delivery to your address. Pick-ups are also available from our shop in Brunswick East!

Delivery fees may vary depending on your location.

To check the delivery charges, add the items to your cart and proceed to check out. Add the delivery address and proceed to the 'Shipping' page right before 'Payment' to view the delivery fee.

No deliveries are available Sundays or Mondays.

We accept same-day delivery Tuesday to Saturday providing orders are placed before 12 pm and only on selected products.

Orders can be made by our online site for delivery or by contacting us directly on (03) 9193 4425 for pick up.

When selecting a product, you will be prompted to select a delivery date before adding the item to your cart. You can only select one delivery date per order.

In the delivery instructions, you may request a time. We will try our best however, we cannot guarantee the order will arrive at that time (time of day deliveries may incur an additional cost). Please get in touch with us if you do require the order by a specific time.

Funerals

In the event of a funeral, you may require a time of day for delivery, you may request this in the note section and every effort will be made to fulfil your needs.

Yes! You can write a card message for the recipient when viewing your cart before check-out.

Upon arrival, If there is no one available to accept or sign for the delivery, and no other alternative arrangements have been made for the goods to be delivered, (for example; leave at the front door or with a neighbour) goods will be returned to shop and an additional charge will be incurred if the item needs to be redelivered.

We will try to contact the recipient with the details provided at time of the order, if no contact can be established, we cannot accept responsibility, therefore no refund will be provided.

Delivery to Hospitals

If the delivery is to a hospital please ensure the recipient is still staying as we will not offer free delivery to a new premise. We will try to deliver again in a timely manner to avoid this, however, we can only go on information provided to us when an order is made.

A re-delivery fee will be incurred if delivery needs to be re-directed.

Yes, you will be able to add delivery instructions on the 'Shipping' page at check out right before payment. Here, you can enter any necessary information like door codes or drop-off instructions.

You can also include a mobile number in case we need to call or text you about your delivery.
